Warm and attentive, with a strong ability to connect with people, Karen is an Executive Coach and Consultant with a distinctive difference. With over 15 years’ experience in the corporate world, Karen has a proven track record of understanding the complexities and nuances of employer / employee relations. This experience, combined with academic excellence, enables Karen to provide a bespoke service to companies who value their employees’ wellbeing and recognise the link between psychological wellbeing and enhanced business performance.

Following completion of her MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology (at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London), Karen promotes mental health and wellbeing in the consultancy and training she offers.

Karen has gained an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management. This enables her to understand the environments that business leaders operate in and coach at the individual or team level to optimise performance.

Karen trained at the Centre for Coaching, London, the pioneers of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and incorporates this model in her coaching work. She is also a member of the Association for Coaching (AMAC).

As a member of the British Psychological Society and the Health and Wellbeing@Work Network, the topics on which Karen consults are always relevant to the business world.
